3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Stripe - for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- OpenAI - if you enable AI summaries, anonymized monitoring data is sent to generate insights.
- Email providers - to deliver alerts and reports (SMTP relay only).
- Law enforcement - only when required by a valid legal request.
4. Data Retention
Monitoring logs are retained based on your plan (30 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, 1 year for Agency). Screenshots are stored for 30 days. Account data is retained for 30 days after account deletion before permanent removal.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
